To apply for a credit account, follow these steps:

Complete the application form below filling out required fields market with an asterisk *.
Review your application and once you have confirmed you will be prompted to print the application with Anzor's Terms and Conditions included.
Review and sign Anzor's Terms and Conditions, then upload (using either a scanner or mobile phone) and submit your application.

You can save your application at any time by clicking Save at the end of the form.
Allow 7 days for your account to be opened. You will be notified once your account is opened.
